Solana faces price volatility amid ETF outflows and technical resistance

Solana (SOL) is experiencing significant price volatility, trading near $89.86, which represents a decline of approximately 26% to 28% from its October peak. This downturn follows $114.2 million in net withdrawals from Solana ETFs between October 19 and November 6.

Technical analysts identify $91.40 as a critical Fibonacci retracement level that the token must reclaim to weaken its current bearish structure. If support fails, key levels to watch include $78, $72, and a potential floor near $70. On the upside, the 200-day moving average and the $104 level serve as primary resistance points.

In related ecosystem activity, the platform Pump.fun reportedly transferred 76,111 SOL, valued at approximately $6.85 million, to the Kraken exchange on November 6. Onchain analysts categorize these funds as fee revenue. Meanwhile, Solana Labs has introduced Leap, a beta mobile application for trading tokenized assets, though the recent price action has not reflected this expansion in adoption.
