Solar Global becomes sole owner of FC Slovácko

Vítězslav Skopal’s company, Solar Global, has become the sole owner of the Czech football club FC Slovácko. The group acquired the remaining 25 percent stake from AUTO UH, a company founded by Pavel Buráň.

This follows a previous restructuring in June, when Solar Global purchased a 25 percent stake from Zdeňka Zemka’s Z-Group, increasing its ownership to 75 percent. While AUTO UH is no longer a shareholder, it will remain a business partner of the club.

Skopal stated that the goal is to establish Slovácko as a stable first-league club with firm foundations and a strong focus on youth development. To support this, the club plans to integrate the management of its academy more closely with the club’s leadership. New members, Michal Kadlec and Jiří Vorlický, will join the management of the association overseeing the club's academy.
