Solarwatt appoints Fermin Bustamante as sales chief for DACH and Central Europe

Solarwatt announced that Fermin Bustamante will become Sales Vice President responsible for the DACH region and Central Europe, effective 1 July 2026. Bustamante brings more than 15 years of experience in the solar sector, having previously held senior positions at Vattenfall, Sonnen, Sungrow and the Dutch EV‑charging firm EvBox.

Peter Bachmann, Solarwatt’s Chief Product Officer, said, “With Fermin we have exactly the right person for our team to drive our mission forward and become the one‑stop‑shop provider for electricity, heat and mobility in Europe.” The appointment follows Solarwatt’s recent launch of the Battery Vision 2.0 system with BMW and a new Vehicle‑to‑Home offering, underscoring the company’s push into integrated energy solutions.
