Solaryaan appoints Chirag Patel as Executive Director

Solaryaan, a clean energy technology company, has appointed Chirag Patel as Executive Director. Patel will maintain his current role as Chief Executive Officer and Board Member.

The leadership change coincides with the implementation of the ‘Solaryaan 2.0’ strategy, which focuses on manufacturing, energy storage, product diversification, and national expansion. The company aims to transition from a solar inverter-focused business into a broader provider of clean energy solutions, including grid-tied, hybrid, and micro inverters, as well as battery energy storage systems (BESS).

Solaryaan reported revenue exceeding ₹200 crore in the previous financial year and has completed more than 500,000 solar installations across India. The company has set a revenue target of more than ₹400 crore for FY27, driven by an expanding EPC network and increasing demand for hybrid energy solutions.
