Solbus receives National Road Safety Award in Dominican Republic

Piñero, through its mobility division Solbus, has received an award from the National Institute of Transit and Land Transport (Intrant) at the first edition of the National Road Safety Award. The company was recognized in the Road Safety Business Management category.

Solbus was distinguished for its participation in a pilot program called the “Road Safety and Mobility Labor Plan.” As part of this initiative, the company provided 124 hours of training across 13 modules, covering topics such as defensive driving, first aid, risk prevention, and customer service. Between 90% and 95% of the company's more than 130 drivers, based in Bávaro, La Romana, and Samaná, have participated in these training sessions.
