Solcis launches AI agent compliance platform

Solcis, a spin-out of 6clicks, has released Solcis Compliance Studio and the Solcis Policy Engine to provide compliance controls for AI agents. The platform is designed to be self-hosted and integrates with open runtime enforcement engines, including NVIDIA OpenShell and Microsoft’s Agent Governance Toolkit (AGT).

The system allows organizations to convert policies and compliance obligations into enforceable rules for AI, monitoring actions in real-time and maintaining a tamper-evident record for auditors and regulators. The technology aims to address gaps in cybersecurity, privacy, financial crime, conduct, and prudential regulation.

Solcis Compliance Studio offers capabilities such as policy lifecycle management, a universal evidence ledger, compliance model management, and drift detection. It also provides audit-ready reporting and integrates with existing GRC, SIEM, and ticketing systems like ServiceNow IRM and Archer.
