Soledad Andreani detained in Argentina over Ford Ka linked to Agostina Vega femicide

Argentine authorities in Córdoba arrested Soledad Andreani, the owner of a black Ford Ka that prosecutors say was used to transport the body of 14‑year‑old Agostina Vega after her murder. Andreani was charged with aggravated concealment after a security‑camera video showed her meeting with the suspect, Claudio Barrelier, shortly after the teen’s disappearance and later handing over the vehicle.

Barrelier remains the primary accused in the femicide, and investigators have linked the Ford Ka to the disposal of Vega’s remains, which were found in a field on May 30. The case now includes three detainees, with Andreani’s lawyer claiming her client is in shock and will cooperate with the investigation.
