Soledad de Graciano Sánchez adds 1,400 homes and 30 new retail outlets

The municipal government of Soledad de Graciano Sánchez is advancing five new housing subdivisions that will provide a total of 1,400 homes. Three additional projects are awaiting authorization. The developments are intended to offer varied residential densities and include plans for commercial, educational and service infrastructure to avoid the town becoming merely a bedroom community.

At the same time, the city has approved more than 30 new commercial units, bringing in chains such as OXXO, Tiendas Bara, Bodega Aurrera Express and Tiendas 3B. The Directorate of Urban Development, led by Verónica González Rodríguez, says the expansions aim to bring essential goods closer to residents, create jobs and stimulate the local economy under Mayor Juan Manuel Navarro Muñiz's planned‑growth strategy.
