Soledad de Graciano Sánchez implements anti-corruption and public service initiatives
The municipal government of Soledad de Graciano Sánchez, led by Mayor Juan Manuel Navarro Muñiz, is implementing several administrative and social initiatives.
To assist youth, the Recruitment Coordination is conducting visits to high schools and universities to facilitate the registration for the National Military Service Card. The program has reached a 70% completion rate for the current year, with a goal to finalize registrations by the October deadline.
In terms of governance, the municipality has become the first in the state to join the state anti-corruption policy implementation program. This includes training for municipal officials in proactive transparency and open government, managed by the Internal Comptroller's Office and the State Commission for Guarantee of Access to Public Information (CEGAIP).
Additionally, the administration is focusing on public services. During the second quarter, the municipality reported 69 interventions in green and recreational areas. The administration also maintains daily urban image crews for cleaning and maintenance, and reports that public lighting issues are addressed within 24 hours of a report.
