Soledad de Graciano Sánchez seeks to expand municipal police force to 1,000 officers

The Mayor of Soledad de Graciano Sánchez, Juan Manuel Navarro Muñiz, has announced an open call for new applicants to join the Municipal Civil Guard. The administration aims to reach a total force of 1,000 officers to enhance surveillance and public safety throughout the municipality.

Navarro stated that the recruitment effort is supported by the state government, offering competitive salaries, professional training, and improved equipment. The mayor noted that the municipality currently offers the highest salaries for security agents in the state of San Luis Potosí. Recent efforts to bolster the force include the delivery of a new vehicle fleet to improve preventive actions and response capabilities.
