Solehudin inaugurated as IPSI Kuansing Chairperson

Solehudin has been officially inaugurated as the Chairperson of the Indonesian Pencak Silat Association (IPSI) for the Kuantan Singingi Regency for the 2025–2029 period. The inauguration took place at the Abdoer Rauf Building in Teluk Kuantan on September 19, 2026.

Alongside the inauguration, the third Kuantan Singingi Regent's Cup Pencak Silat Championship (Kejurkab III) was held from September 19–20, 2026. The event featured 38 contingents. Persaudaraan Setia Hati Terate (PSHT) Kuansing emerged as the overall champion, securing 16 gold, 6 silver, and 2 bronze medals. Tapak Suci Kuansing A followed in second place with 9 gold, 8 silver, and 5 bronze medals.

Acting Regent Muklisin emphasized the local government's commitment to supporting sports development and preserving pencak silat as a cultural heritage. IPSI Chairperson Solehudin encouraged athletes to continue training and improving their skills to prepare for provincial and national competitions.
