Solidion Technology appoints three new independent directors

Solidion Technology, Inc., an advanced battery technology solutions provider, has appointed three new independent directors to its Board of Directors: Kimi L. Ellen, Mark N. Schwartz, and Dante W. Robinson. The appointments became effective on August 31.

The new directors meet the independence standards set by the Nasdaq Stock Market and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The company stated that these additions are intended to strengthen the board's financial, audit, and governance expertise as Solidion progresses with its battery materials and next-generation battery commercialization strategy.

Following these appointments, the seven-member board maintains a majority of independent directors. The company also updated committee leadership roles for the Compensation, Audit, and Nominating & Governance Committees.
