Solidion Technology authorizes $1.0 million stock buyback program

Solidion Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ: STI), an advanced battery technology solutions provider, has announced a new stock buyback program authorized by its Board of Directors. The company intends to repurchase up to $1.0 million of its outstanding common stock.

The program became effective on September 13, 2026. It is scheduled to remain in effect until the full authorized amount has been repurchased, until March 14, 2028, or until the Board terminates the authorization.

CEO Jaymes Winters stated that the authorization reflects confidence in the company’s long-term prospects and commitment to disciplined capital allocation. The company, headquartered in Dallas, Texas, with pilot production facilities in Dayton, Ohio, expects to conduct open-market repurchases in accordance with federal securities laws and Nasdaq requirements.
