Soltau hosts light festival at Breidings Garten

The city of Soltau is hosting a modified version of its traditional Lichterfest on September 4 and 5. Due to extensive construction at the Böhme-Familienpark, which will prevent the festival from being held at its usual location in 2026 and 2027, the event has moved to Breidings Garten.

Under the title ‘Kleines Fest in Breidings Garten’, the event will feature light installations, live music, magic shows, and walk acts. The program includes creative contributions from local kindergartens and primary schools, as well as the illumination of the villa. While the event will include a fire show and various gastronomic offerings, organizers noted that a fireworks display will not take place due to local conditions.
