Soltec Power Holdings reports 28.166 million euro loss in first half

Soltec Power Holdings reported a consolidated net loss of 28.166 million euros for the first half of the year, representing a 29% increase compared to the 21.831 million euro loss recorded during the same period last year. According to filings with the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV), the energy division accounted for 25.772 million euros of these losses, while the parent company, Soltec Power Holdings, saw a loss of 3.2 million euros. Conversely, the industrial area reported a positive net result of 0.8 million euros.

Consolidated revenue fell by 85.1% to 9.706 million euros, down from 65.261 million euros in the previous year. The EBITDA was negative at 18.5 million euros. As of June 30, 2026, the group's consolidated net worth stood at negative 63.346 million euros.

Regarding corporate governance, the board of directors has appointed Marcelino Oreja Arburua, the current president and independent director, to lead the appointments and remuneration committee. This follows the resignation of independent director Luigi Pigorini.
