Solutions+ and Inception42 partner to deploy Catalyst AI platform

Solutions+ and Inception42 have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to accelerate the deployment of the Catalyst agentic AI platform across enterprises. The agreement was finalized during the AI Everything Abu Dhabi 2026 event.

The partnership aims to help organizations consolidate fragmented AI initiatives into a single governed platform, facilitating the transition from experimentation to large-scale production. The Catalyst platform is designed as a sovereign and scalable environment for governments and enterprises to build, deploy, and govern AI agents and intelligent workflows. It includes components such as an Agent Builder, an agent marketplace, a Workflow Builder, a reasoning engine, and a centralized Command Center for orchestration and monitoring.
