Somisa and Belgrano win opening Pre Federal basketball matches

Somisa and Belgrano secured victories in their opening matches of the Pre Federal Bonaerense basketball tournament.

Somisa defeated Porteño de Chacabuco with a score of 85-56. The win was driven by a strong defensive performance, particularly in the second and fourth quarters. González led the scoring for Somisa with 22 points, while Gennerp scored 12 for Porteño.

In another match, Belgrano won as the visiting team against Gimnasia y Esgrima in Pergamino, finishing 78-53. Giaccio was the top scorer for Belgrano with 17 points.
