Alexandre de Moraes' son marries in São Paulo under heavy security

Alexandre Barci de Moraes, son of Supreme Court (STF) Minister Alexandre de Moraes, married in São Paulo on Saturday, September 26. The ceremony, held at Casa Fasano in the Cidade Jardim neighborhood, was conducted under a heavy security operation involving the Judicial Police, Military Police, and the Metropolitan Civil Guard.

The event drew high-ranking judicial figures, including STF ministers Gilmar Mendes and Flávio Dino, as well as Prosecutor General Paulo Gonet. To prevent potential protests, authorities implemented road closures and restricted access to a 200-meter radius around the venue, affecting local pedestrians, cyclists, and the nearby Parque Linear Bruno Covas.

The wedding occurs amid institutional tension following Federal Police reports detailing communications between Minister Moraes and banker Daniel Vorcaro. Investigations have highlighted a R$ 131 million contract between Banco Master and the law firm Barci de Moraes, led by the Minister's wife, Viviane Barci de Moraes. Additionally, reports indicate that Banco Master issued credit cards with R$ 300,000 limits to the Minister's children.
