Son of Beyhan Öksüz wounded in Istanbul shooting

The son of Beyhan Öksüz, a participant on the television program ‘Gelinim Mutfakta’, was the victim of an armed attack in the Kadıköy district of Istanbul. The victim, identified as E. Ö., was shot three times, sustaining injuries to his leg and hip.

Investigations by the Istanbul and Kadıköy Police Departments revealed that the shooting stemmed from a pre-existing dispute regarding a debt or financial disagreement between E. Ö. and a 34-year-old individual identified as S. Ç. Following the incident, police apprehended three suspects. One suspect, identified as M. A., has been arrested on charges of intentional injury, while the legal process for the other suspects continues.

Beyhan Öksüz reportedly learned of the attack while filming the television program. She subsequently went to the hospital with her daughter-in-law, Yeşim, to monitor her son’s condition. Medical reports indicate that E. Ö. is currently receiving treatment and is not in life-threatening condition.
