Actress Sonali Bendre has discussed the evolving landscape of the entertainment industry and her personal health journey. Speaking on the impact of streaming platforms, Bendre noted that OTT services and multiplexes have expanded the scope for storytelling, allowing actors to explore niche roles and diverse characters that were previously difficult to pursue in mainstream cinema due to commercial pressures.

In a separate discussion during the premiere of the Marathi program ‘Kon Honar Crorepati’, Bendre shared her perspective on her experience with cancer. She explained that she chose to view the illness not as a battle to be won, but as an opportunity to understand her body. Bendre expressed that the language of ‘fighting’ cancer can create a sense of conflict with one's own cells, stating that she preferred to approach the experience with love and compassion for her body.
