Sondrio police investigate illegal dumping in La Piastra garages

Local police in Sondrio have launched an investigation into illegal waste dumping and the use of unauthorized shelters within the underground garage area of the La Piastra condominium on via Maffei 100.

Mayor Marco Scaramellini addressed concerns raised by local councilors, stating that while the situation involves private property, the local police are actively working to identify those responsible for abandoning waste. To prevent further misuse of the space, authorities are considering the installation of gates and video surveillance. Additionally, the condominium administrator has begun procedures for the recovery and disposal of discarded materials.
