Song Hong Tuong Lai Group granted 273 hectares for Hanoi urban project

The Hanoi People's Committee has approved the allocation of over 273 hectares of land in Thu Lam and Dong Anh communes to Song Hong Tuong Lai Group Joint Stock Company for a multi-purpose urban area project.

This represents the second phase of land allocation for the developer. Combined with a previous allocation of 156 hectares, the company has now been granted a total of more than 429 hectares for the project. The development plan includes approximately 38 hectares for commercial housing, 34 hectares for resettlement housing, 2.5 hectares for social housing, and 12 hectares for commercial and service facilities.

A significant portion of the land, roughly 165 hectares, is designated for technical infrastructure, transportation, greenery, playgrounds, and public cultural facilities. The company has been instructed to complete all necessary legal, financial, and construction procedures in accordance with regulations.
