Song Kang and Kim So Hyun to star in new MBC drama White Scandal

Actors Song Kang and Kim So Hyun are set to reunite for the upcoming MBC Friday-Saturday drama, ‘White Scandal’. This marks their first collaboration in five years since the series ‘Love Alarm’.

Based on a webtoon of the same name, the story follows Dan Yi Hyuk (Song Kang), a third-generation chaebol heir and top actor who seeks to escape his family's succession struggles, and Ji Eun Seol (Kim So Hyun), a former child star turned manager whose career collapsed following a specific incident. The two characters enter a fake relationship to deceive the public, eventually uncovering shared secrets and past wounds.

Ghost Studio is handling the production of the series. The drama is expected to begin filming shortly.
