Songdo Tri-bowl Jazz Festival to host 14 musical acts in Incheon

The 12th Songdo Tri-bowl Jazz Festival is scheduled to take place from the 19th to the 20th in Songdo, Incheon. Managed by the Incheon Foundation for Arts and Culture, the festival features 14 domestic and international musical teams.

Notable performers include bassist Eddie Gomez, formerly of the Bill Evans Trio, as well as Jung Mi-jo, Jazz Park Big Band with Malo, Jung기고 Quintet, and Bump to Soul. While indoor concert reservations are already sold out, the festival offers various free outdoor programs that do not require prior booking.

Events will be held at the Tri-bowl outdoor underwater stage, the lobby, and the nearby Art Foret area. Highlights include a mobile performance by the 12-piece brass band Hon Tony, a participatory Bossa Nova performance by Seoul Bossa Society, a vinyl market, and a listening lounge. Additional activities include shaker-making workshops and food options from food trucks and a Sheraton Grand Incheon Hotel pop-up. On the 19th, jazz performances will also extend to Art Foret, where a shopping incentive program involving Onnuri gift certificates will be available for participating stores.
