Sonipat: Man allegedly kills wife during domestic dispute

A 32-year-old woman was allegedly killed by her husband during a domestic dispute in Rahmana village, Sonipat district, Haryana. The incident occurred in a room located on a farmer's field where the family resided.

According to preliminary investigations, the suspect, Naresh Kumar, attacked his wife, Rajvanti, with a farm tool (a 'kassi') following an argument. Authorities reported that the suspect appeared to be intoxicated at the time of the attack, which resulted in multiple injuries to the victim's head, face, and abdomen.

Following the incident, the suspect fled the scene. Mohana police have initiated an investigation and deployed a Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) team to collect evidence. Police spokesperson Ravindra Kumar stated that the investigation is ongoing and the accused will be apprehended soon.
