The SonoArt Association is launching a concert series titled ‘In the footsteps of Enescu – music that heals souls’ in Dâmbovița. Funded by the Dâmbovița County Cultural Center, the project aims to bring classical music to patients, medical staff, and relatives at the Dâmbovița County Emergency Hospital.

Between October and November 2026, members of the ANDANTE Youth Symphony Orchestra will perform 10 chamber recitals. The program will feature works by George Enescu, other Romanian composers, and universal repertoire. The initiative is inspired by George Enescu’s history of performing in hospitals to support those in suffering. The project expects to reach at least 600 people through these free performances.
