Sonora autonomous bodies submit annual reports to State Congress

Internal Control Bodies (OIC) from six autonomous organizations in Sonora presented their annual reports to the State Congress Fiscalization Commission. The submission complies with Article 67 of the local political constitution.

The reporting entities include the State Human Rights Commission (CEDH), the Administrative Justice Tribunal (TJA), the State Electoral Tribunal (TEE), the Higher Institute of Audit and Fiscalization (ISAF), the State Attorney General's Office (FGJE), and the State Electoral and Citizen Participation Institute (IEE Sonora).

Commission President Sebastián Antonio Orduño Fragoza stated that the reports allow for the review of control, surveillance, transparency, and accountability actions, as well as the addressing of detected observations. The Fiscalization Commission has agreed to begin the formal review and analysis of the submitted files.
