Sonora political events: Senator Valles' report and Morena assemblies

Senator Lorenia Valles held a press event in Hermosillo to present her Second Legislative Activity Report, outlining the constitutional and legal reforms she helped approve that benefit over 42 million Mexicans, including disability pensions, senior benefits, student scholarships, and support for farmers and fishers. The report will be formally delivered on June 13 at the Arena Sonora and broadcast live.

The state executive committee of Morena in Sonora, led by Judith Armenta Cota, launched a series of citizen assemblies across several municipalities to discuss national sovereignty and the party’s agenda. The gatherings, scheduled for June 10‑11, aim to strengthen dialogue with residents, address electoral concerns in Coahuila, and prepare for upcoming internal party elections.
