Sonora weather forecast shows extreme heat and scattered showers

The state of Sonora is experiencing varied weather conditions characterized by both high temperatures and atmospheric instability. In Hermosillo, forecasts indicate dry conditions and clear skies with a maximum temperature of approximately 33°C, though meteorologists suggest it could reach between 38°C and 40°C. The northwest regions of the state may see temperatures climbing to 40°C.

Simultaneously, the influence of Cold Front Number 1 has introduced instability, bringing intervals of showers to parts of the state. Some areas may experience rainfall accumulations between 5 and 25 millimeters, potentially accompanied by electrical activity or isolated hail. While some regions face precipitation, much of Sonora will remain very hot, with temperatures in the northwest potentially reaching between 40°C and 45°C.
