Sonos Beam Ultra soundbar offers compact Dolby Atmos audio

The Sonos Beam Ultra has been released as a mid-range Dolby Atmos soundbar, positioned between the Sonos Beam (Gen 2) and the Arc Ultra. Featuring a 7.1.2 channel configuration with nine drivers, the device includes up-firing drivers designed to provide immersive height effects.

Reviews highlight the soundbar's ability to deliver expansive, room-filling audio and clear dialogue through speech enhancement features. While praised for its compact design and refined bass, the device lacks certain features such as HDMI passthrough and DTS:X support. The Beam Ultra is priced at $699 / £699 / AU$1,099.
