Sonu Sood rents commercial unit in Mumbai for Rs 3.52 crore

Indian actor Sonu Sood has leased a commercial unit in the Versova area of Andheri West, Mumbai, for a total of Rs. 3.52 crore. According to property registration documents from the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) reviewed by Square Yards, the transaction was registered in October 2026.

The property is located in Aram Nagar, Versova. The lease agreement specifies a starting rent of Rs. 5,00,000 for the first year, with subsequent annual increases of approximately 8%. The scheduled rents for the following years are Rs. 5,40,000 for the second year, Rs. 5,83,200 for the third, Rs. 6,29,860 for the fourth, and Rs. 6,80,240 for the fifth year.
