Sony India launches BRAVIA 9II flagship TV and BRAVIA Theatre home‑audio system

Sony India unveiled its new BRAVIA 9II television on 29 June 2026. The flagship 75‑inch and 85‑inch models feature Sony’s True RGB technology with independent red, green and blue backlight LEDs, which the company says delivers the largest color volume in its TV history. Prices start at ₹5.39 lakh for the 75‑inch and ₹6.69 lakh for the 85‑inch, with sales through Sony Centres, major retailers and e‑commerce platforms.

A week earlier, on 24 June 2026, Sony India also introduced the BRAVIA Theatre home‑audio lineup. The range includes the wireless BRAVIA Theatre Trio system, two soundbars (Bar 7 and Bar 5), Sub 9 and Sub 8 wireless subwoofers, and Rear 9 and Rear 8 surround speakers. The products support Dolby Atmos, DTS‑X and IMAX Enhanced and offer a Direct Connect option for seamless pairing with compatible BRAVIA TVs. Availability begins in July, with the Trio priced at ₹2.39 lakh (best‑buy ₹1.69 lakh) and other components ranging from ₹44,990 to ₹99,990.
