Sony Music has announced a new AI-driven feature called ‘Deine Stimme – Deine Story’ for its audio play app. This technology allows fans to integrate their own voices into popular audio series, such as ‘TKKG Junior’, ‘Teufelskicker’, and ‘Die Zeitdetektive’.
To use the feature, users record approximately one minute of a predetermined text. The AI then applies a specific timbre to the user's voice so they can appear as a narrator or a character. Sony Music emphasizes that the original text, plot, and professional production remain unchanged, with the technology used exclusively for voice modeling.
