Sony negotiates anchor tenancy at 99 Hudson Boulevard
Sony is in negotiations to become the anchor tenant for 99 Hudson Boulevard, a planned 48-story office tower in the Hudson Yards district of New York City. The project, developed by Tishman Speyer, is expected to encompass approximately 1.256 million square feet.
Sony currently occupies space at 11 Madison Avenue but is reportedly seeking a larger, more modern, and collaborative workspace. The new building is designed to be an all-electric tower aiming for LEED Gold certification, with an estimated completion date around 2030. The site will offer views of the Hudson River and a lobby facing the new Bella Abzug Park, situated near the Javits Center.
