Sony Pictures and Republic of Gamers team up for Spider‑Man film release in Hungary

From July 29, the film "Spider‑Man: Vadonatúj nap" began screening in Hungarian cinemas. The movie features several Republic of Gamers (ROG) gaming devices, including the Zephyrus Duo dual‑display notebook, the Zephyrus G14, and the Strix SCAR 18, as part of a joint promotional campaign with Sony Pictures.

The partnership is an international marketing effort between Sony Pictures and ASUS’s gaming brand ROG, aiming to blend the superhero narrative with high‑performance gaming hardware. In Hungary, the campaign includes local online activities, contests and exclusive merchandise, noted by Daghistani Péter, ROG’s Brand and Communications Manager in the country.
