Rockstar Games has confirmed that Grand Theft Auto VI will officially launch on November 19, 2026, for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. Digital pre-loading is scheduled to begin on November 10. For PlayStation 5 users, the download opens at midnight local time, while Xbox Series X|S players can begin at 00:00 GMT.

The game is expected to require up to 212 GB of storage space, prompting warnings for players to clear their console SSDs. Physical editions, which will contain a download code rather than a disc, are expected to be available at retailers starting November 12.

Pre-order bonuses for the Ultimate Edition include exclusive vehicles, weapons, and apparel. Additionally, Rockstar plans to release a free digital printable cover art poster and a map of the Leonida setting on its official website following the launch.
