Sony releases PlayStation 5 system update with new features

Sony has released a new system update for the PlayStation 5 aimed at improving performance, stability, and user features.

A key component of the update is the enhancement of PSSR (PlayStation Spectral Super Resolution) image quality, which is now enabled by default on the PS5 Pro to provide sharper and clearer visuals.

Other notable features include a new speaker indicator in voice chat that allows users to customize the display position, and new community elements in the console's welcome area, such as multiplayer trends and regional top-10 titles. Additionally, a new Bluetooth option has been introduced to assist with controller management during e-sports tournaments.
