Sony titles Helldivers 2 and Horizon Forbidden West delisted on Steam in the UK

Sony has acknowledged an issue that caused Helldivers 2 and Horizon Forbidden West Complete Edition to be removed from sale on the Steam store in the United Kingdom. The titles disappeared from the British storefront on September 16, 2026.

Data from SteamDB indicates that purchasing restrictions were specifically updated for the United Kingdom, Great Britain, and the Isle of Man, preventing both new purchases and activations. Users attempting to access the game pages encountered error messages stating the items were unavailable in their region.

A Sony spokesperson confirmed the removal was unintentional, stating, “We are aware of an issue affecting the availability of select titles on Steam in the UK.” The company is currently working with Valve to resolve the matter and has apologized for the inconvenience. Players who already own the games can continue to access and play them through their Steam libraries.
