Soop and Muchacho Moreno announce Sonoran-Japanese fusion menu

Soop and Muchacho Moreno are launching a special culinary collaboration in Mexico City. The event, scheduled for Sunday, September 27, and Monday, September 28, features a menu that fuses Japanese culinary techniques with flavors and ingredients from Sonora.

The collaboration aims to blend the precision of Japanese cuisine with characteristic Sonoran elements. In addition to the food, the experience will include a selection of tropical-inspired cocktails incorporating Japanese cultural elements.
