Sophia Bush discusses new memoir and life experiences

Actress Sophia Bush is preparing to release her memoir, titled ‘And I Will Tell You Mine: Notes from a Life in Progress’, on October 27. In discussing the project, Bush revealed that the writing process was emotionally demanding, involving the review of old messages and emails to reconstruct past events.

Bush noted that she occasionally wrote pages solely to process her own feelings, only to later decide they were not suitable for public consumption. In an unusual ritual, she burned these specific parts of the manuscript under a full moon. The book is expected to cover her personal history, including her experiences in Hollywood and her past marriages, as well as her time on the series ‘One Tree Hill’.
