Sophia Umaña denies undergoing facial aesthetic procedures

Presenter and content creator Sophia Umaña addressed recurring questions from her followers regarding her facial appearance and potential aesthetic procedures. In a video shared on Instagram, Umaña responded to inquiries about whether she had undergone a bichectomy to reduce the fullness of her cheeks.

Umaña clarified that she has not undergone any such procedure, stating, “No me los quité, no me hice nada” (I didn't remove them, I didn't do anything). She noted that while she had considered a bichectomy at one point in her life, she ultimately decided against it, attributing her current facial appearance to natural aging.
