Sophie Chatel visits Charlevoix to meet agricultural producers

Sophie Chatel, the Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food, is visiting the Charlevoix region to meet with local businesses and producers. Representing Minister Heath MacDonald, Chatel will visit several establishments, including Laiterie Charlevoix, Microbrasserie Charlevoix, Ferme au Poulailler, Les jardins du Centre, and the Charlevoix Chamber of Commerce.

The tour is intended to assess the current state of the sector and discuss priorities regarding agriculture, agri-food, and tourism. The visit will conclude with a pre-budget consultation on tourism and agrotourism, conducted on behalf of Minister of Finance and National Revenue François-Philippe Champagne.
