Sophie Rain responds to Pete Davidson's comments on influencer earnings

OnlyFans creator Sophie Rain has responded to criticisms made by comedian Pete Davidson regarding the earnings of high-profile female influencers. In a recent interview with Variety, Davidson questioned the work ethic of women earning up to $40 million annually, suggesting they do “nothing” for their income.

Rain, who reportedly earns approximately $45 million per year, challenged Davidson’s perspective, stating that he does not understand the complexities of the business. She noted that her work involves content filming, photography, editing, post planning, fan communication, analytics, and team coordination. Rain suggested that if the work were as easy as Davidson claimed, he should attempt it himself.

Rain also addressed Davidson’s decision to criticize these earners without naming them specifically, calling the comments “out of touch.” She emphasized that while the final product may appear effortless, significant labor is required to build and maintain a successful online presence.
