Sopra Steria and Dynatrace launch observability practice in Europe
Sopra Steria and Dynatrace have launched a specialized observability and AIOps practice designed to assist large European organizations in managing increasingly complex IT environments. The initiative initially focuses on France and Norway, targeting sectors where operational resilience is critical, such as banking, insurance, telecommunications, retail, and the public sector.
The partnership aims to address the limitations of traditional monitoring tools when faced with microservices, hybrid infrastructure, and massive telemetry volumes. By utilizing the Dynatrace Intelligence AI engine, the practice provides a unified, real-time view of application and infrastructure health. This allows teams to identify and explain the root causes of anomalies rather than just detecting their existence.
The service is also positioned to help organizations meet regulatory requirements, such as DORA for financial entities and NIS2 for critical sectors like energy and health. Beyond technical diagnostics, the platform measures the impact of performance issues on the end-to-end customer journey, helping businesses reduce downtime and optimize infrastructure costs.
