Soresina to host commemorative event for Giuseppe Begnis

ARCI Soresina will host ‘Pippo & Friends’ on Saturday, October 17, 2026, an event dedicated to celebrating the life and memory of Giuseppe Begnis. Begnis, born in the 1950s, was a visible member of the LGBTQIA+ community during a period of significant social change.

The program includes a session on the legacy of Pippo Begnis regarding LGBT history and pride, followed by an aperitivo and a drag queen show performed by ‘I Signorina Buonasera’. The event is open to those with ARCI or Arcigay membership.
