Sorocaba hosts first Sacada Cultural event at Chalé Francês
The first edition of Sacada Cultural will take place at the Chalé Francês in Sorocaba this Friday, the 18th, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Organized by the Sorocaba City Hall through the Secretariat of Culture (Secult), the initiative aims to promote the historical heritage of the Chalé Francês by hosting monthly community gatherings featuring food trucks, music, and art.
The event's musical program includes a “Tribute to Elvis” performed by Dalizio Moura and the Rock Elvis 69 Band. Moura is an official Elvis Presley cover artist recognized by Elvis Presley Enterprises, Inc. (EPE).
Additionally, visitors can view the “Impressão da Luz” exhibition, which features impressionist-style works by artist Irani Tomazella and her students. The exhibition is scheduled to remain open for visitation until September 30th.
