Sorocaba Offers Free Park Access at 45th Festa Julina for CadÚnico Families

Families in Sorocaba who are registered in the federal CadÚnico social program can apply for free admission to the park at the city’s 45th Festa Julina Beneficente on Wednesday, 22 – from 13:00 to 17:00. The municipality, at the request of the Associação das Entidades Participantes da Festa Julina (Afejubes), set aside 1,500 slots for children aged 5 to 16 accompanied by a guardian.

The festival features traditional food and drink stalls run by 28 local charitable entities and rides from Morenos Park, one of the country’s largest itinerant amusement parks. The event aims to raise funds for these charities, which rely on the Festa Julina as a key source of annual income. The venue is the Paço Municipal at Av. Engenheiro Carlos Reinaldo Mendes, 3041, Alto da Boa Vista, Sorocaba, Brazil.
