Sorriso hosts Cultive-se Fair for women's protection awareness

The Cultive-se Fair was held at the Municipal Ecological Park in Sorriso as part of the ‘Agosto Lilás’ campaign. The event aimed to provide guidance, awareness, and information regarding the services available for the protection and support of women in the municipality.

Promoter Márcio Florestan Berestina, representing the Public Ministry of Mato Grosso (MPMT), participated in the initiative, which brought together various public agencies and institutions. The fair featured the ‘Circuito Cultive-se’, consisting of eight thematic stations designed to introduce the population to the local Women's Protection Network.

The event was organized by the City Hall of Sorriso through the Municipal Secretariat for Women and Family, involving multiple municipal departments including Social Assistance, Health, Education, and Public Security to promote integrated action against violence against women.
