SOS Cookies wins Visa She’s Next Grant in Ireland

Limerick-based bakery SOS Cookies has been named one of five winners of the 2026 Visa She’s Next Grant Programme in Ireland. Founded in 2020 by Sarah O’Sullivan, the business produces premium handmade cookies and currently employs 40 people.

O’Sullivan will receive a €10,000 grant, which she intends to use to scale production through the purchase of new equipment and to support further retail growth. The programme, which aims to close the entrepreneurship gap for women, provides a total of €90,000 in funding across its winners, alongside mentorship, coaching, and pitch preparation resources.

This year’s winners represent various sectors, including food, beauty, fitness, and advocacy. Sinéad Burke, founder of Tilting the Lens, was named the overall winner of the programme, receiving a €50,000 grant.
