Sosh announces price increases for certain mobile plans
Sosh, the low-cost subsidiary of Orange, has notified certain subscribers of upcoming price increases for specific mobile plans. The operator is offering increased data allowances to justify the higher costs.
For subscribers on 90 GB plans, Sosh is proposing an increase to 180 GB for an additional 2 euros per month. For those on 100 GB plans, the offer includes an increase to 130 GB and a transition to 5G for an additional 3 euros per month, bringing the total to 14 euros.
Subscribers have the option to refuse these changes and maintain their current rates. To do so, customers must log in to their Sosh client area and select the ‘Renoncer à la proposition’ (Waive the offer) option before the deadline. If no action is taken, the new pricing will be applied automatically.
Data from Arcep indicates that the average French mobile user consumes approximately 19.3 GB per month, suggesting the additional data provided in these updated plans significantly exceeds typical usage requirements.
